I\'am responsible for the execution and running of, the multi-million £, Immediacy Fulfilment Operating Model - On Demand across the Sainsburys Group. Compromising partner and relationship management of Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat, RYNLY and Stuart and our own Brand proposition, ChopChopI\'am the operating model owner of one of the most complex, fastest-growing and rapidly changing parts of Sainsbury’s, with 1200+ locations operating On Demand services. I lead Operations Support Managers who are focussed on ensuring that our propositions are operating with the right process, labour standard, training and equipment for the job. I\'am the business owner of all aspects of process and changes, including the continuous improvement model, working across project, change, delivery and implementation.
