About Joe Vincent
Joe Vincent is a Partner and Vice President of Investigations at TNG, LLC, where he is widely recognized for his expertise in education civil rights compliance, investigations, and policy advising. With a background as a Title IX Coordinator and Civil Rights Investigator, Joe consults with a diverse range of educational institutions, guiding them through complex matters of Title IX, professional misconduct, and institutional response. His work has been repeatedly affirmed through high-stakes litigation, and he is regularly called upon to serve as an external investigator, hearing advisor, expert witness, and decision-maker.Prior to his consulting work, Joe played a key role in training professionals stepping into supervisory and leadership roles within education. At TNG, he developed Mentorship in Professionalism and Appropriate Conduct (MPAC) program, which helps institutions address employee misconduct through structured, educational interventions. Joe also serves as a member of the higher education faculty, teaching courses on the American legal system and civil rights in education, and brings an educator’s clarity and pragmatism to all of his client engagements.
