1. Power Bi and Incorta Enterprise Platform Owner

   After promoting Power BI Desktop and working with partners across the organization to assist them in building solutions with the tool and driving adoption, I was given the responsibility of standing up the operational process around the Power BI cloud solution for the enterprise. This included identifying all of the components, documentation, support, and training for delivering a fully enabled and supported, self-service, BI solution. Since inception, we have enabled 100+ use cases in our Production environment and my team currently supports a user base of Power BI Desktop users. I have had to implement an L1/L2 support team to handle trivial issues, which has allowed my L3 team to take on tasks which have more overall value to the platform. I currently manage a small (L3) team of offshore and onshore contractors/employees and am responsible for the day to day operations of the Power BI platform.In addition to supporting the Power BI platform for Northern, I have also been tasked with standing up another data analytics platform for the bank utilizing a tool called Incorta. Similar to standing up the Power BI platform, I have had to engage with multiple technology teams across Northern to enable partners to seamlessly be onboarded to the new platform and also ensure that the platform is compliant with all regulatory requirements.
