   I am a trial and appellate lawyer who represents entities and individuals during investigation and litigation of white-collar criminal and civil matters. Clients ranging from government contractors and non-profit organizations to healthcare and financial-services companies ask me to represent their interests when they are subject to a search warrant, receive a subpoena from the government, or face indictment by a grand jury. Business clients also turn to me to conduct, supervise, and audit internal investigations into activities in their workplaces, including allegations of sexual assault, harassment, fraud, financial irregularities, economic espionage, cybercrime, and negligent conduct leading to death, injury, or substantial property damage. I also help clients verify their compliance with government regulations and otherwise minimize risks. This work includes providing regulatory advice and drafting internal policies, procedures, controls, contracts, and training materials.
