Responsible for managing the onboarding and implementation process for new and existing accounts, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition and positive customer experience for our clients and their members.*Responsible for sales operations and account implementation, managing two teams that work closely with the sales executives and our customers as new accounts join and existing accounts renew their contract.* Manage the LiteSwitch program for new accounts, giving proactive attention and support to brokers, employers and their members through every stage of the onboarding process. Using a dedicated team of resources, we work with employers to provide a concierge-level of service. We offer open enrollment planning and online enrollment for brokers, employers and members, along with training and technical assistance. We also coordinate onsite meetings with employers to provide staff education and assist with continuity of care.* Manage our Broker Portal and Employer Portal websites, supervise new user set-up and provide education and training. Work with our IT department to maintain and enhance the functionality of the sites while collecting user feedback for recommended updates.
