I ensure the successful facilities management across the firm’s 5 offices. I manage a team of 14 staff who provide various support roles to the firm’s 180+ employees. I implement and control the firm’s facilities budget. I’m responsible for all things encompassing facilities including but not limited to premises, archival storage of files/ deeds & Wills, postage, stationary, receptions, waste disposal and HSE. I am responsible for full management of the onsite due diligence files in accordance with current legislation and regulations ensuring that it is continually up to date and all documentation is valid and audit compliant. I’ve led a number of projects delivering to tight deadlines including office moves, premises renovation and staff relocation whilst building great relationships with local and national suppliers.
