Greg Mortensons\" Stones into Schools\" has been an inspirational book to 92 Yankee\'s like myself especially when in need of guidance and motivation equally interactions with individuals and groups in various communication settings.\"Mortensons\" strategy Hearts & Minds has guided a professional like myself to be effective and proficient in unique situations including responsibilities. In the book \'Stones into Schools\" Greg Mortenson describes the harsh conditions he encountered during the rehabilitation process in the \"Tora Bora\" region of Eastern Afghanistan with limited resources. Despite the setbacks he prevailed showing a few good character traits, which I have adopted through the years as my own. Some of these positive quality traits are adventurous, charismatic, creative and organized. SPECIALITIES During my past deployments I have been responsible for the request, receipt, issue, and accountability, of individual, organizational, installation, and expendable supplies and equipment; operates unit level computer (ULC); schedules and performs preventive and organizational maintenance on weapons and other sensitive items; post transactions to property books and transaction files; initiates financial liability investigations of property loss (FLIPL); responsible for $4.7 million worth of organizational and theater provided equipment; responsible for the training and personal welfare of one Soldier in addition mentored soldiers on basic supply procedures especially my Afghan counterparts contributing in the success of the mission.
