I’ve spent two decades building and leading in online services—starting as an engineer, growing into leadership, and now driving data science and engineering at scale. What’s stayed constant? A belief that data, when paired with great engineering and security, changes everything.Today, I lead cross-functional teams—software engineers, data scientists, Security leaders, and BI experts—within CSS to turn complex signals into proactive, secure solutions. We don’t just report on problems; we detect them early, eliminate root causes, and deliver insights that move the business.I’m a strong believer in servant leadership: my job is to create the conditions for teams and partners to succeed. That means asking, “How do we make this partnership win for both sides?” and then doing the work to make it real.I’m never satisfied with the status quo. I stay curious about emerging trends and how they can be applied to change the way we support customers and run the business—securely, intelligently, and at scale.

I build secure, scalable data and insight platforms that enable proactive detection and root-cause elimination. I operationalize AI/ML for real-time issue detection, triage, and prevention, while partnering with Security to embed secure-by-design principles across business processes, data and pipelines. I also deliver executive-ready reporting and Power BI solutions that drive alignment and action across engineering, support, and business leaders.
