I am currently working on two projects; the monitoring the industry-led migration from the PSTN to Digital Voice, and the monitoring of Royal Mail\'s compliance with its USO. For both projects I am responsible for the management of stakeholders who include communications providers, DSIT, MPs, industry panels, and members of the public. I am also responsible for a range of data sets which contribute to briefings for project directors and are shared with other stakeholders through established statutory gateways.

ABOUT JOE STYLES
Experience showed me I wanted to be working in politics and my studies at the University of Hull have enabled me to chase that goal. In addition to a broad political understanding, Hull university has enabled me to develop critical thinking skills as well as teaching adaptability when looking to adjust my research in light of new discoveries. Simultaneously in Parliament I\'ve been developing my team management and active listening skills through the meetings I\'ve been attending and hosting. My abilities in conflict resolution have also increased with increased usage during my time there. I hope to be able to use these skills in the future working within the civil service or similar private sector roles.
