Acted as technical expert in the supplier selection process for a new customer experience management and satisfaction scoring provider. Responsible for data migration in the transition to the new supplier, ensuring continuity of reporting on a key business KPIs. Architected a proof-of-concept data pipeline, then worked with an outsourced supplier to bring mobile app data processing in-house. Designed and implemented changes to the Data Warehouse structure, to accommodate larger data inflow from the app. Created initial reporting on how app usage relates to gym visits and marketing spend.
