Business Impact NW works to help under-served entrepreneurs start, grow, and expand their businesses.The Mission of Business Impact NW is to grow businesses that create jobs in under-served communities.Assisted with the merger of Business Impact NW and Community Capital Development. Taking an organization with 5 plus years of net losses to one with net income. In 2017 Business Impact NW helped to create 259 jobs and disburse over $3 million dollars of loans into under-served communities.• Strategic leadership of CDFI• Supervise staff of 22• Manage a budget of $1.8 million dollars annually• Ensure compliance with federal grant partners• Prospecting for capital and fundraising • Community outreach• Ensure regional reach with programs• Work with Board of Directors to meet the mission of the organization
