The FirstNet Market Lead does the following- Ensures the RAN Engineering team is up to speed on everything FirstNet- Ensures all FirstNet processes and protocols are being followed- Steers the placement of future cell site builds to meet the needs of the first responder community- Works with customers to understand, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues- Provides engineering support to FirstNet sales teams- Regularly prepares and delivers presentations on FirstNet to city, county, and governmental officials- Troubleshoots, analyses, and conducts field tests as required to support our first responders on the FirstNet network.
