About Joe Sears
Hello, I am Joe Sears. I have been in HVAC/Facilities for 18 years Starting with large scale refrigeration install then moving to facilities. I am currently working to complete my Bachelors degree in business management/project management. I enjoy learning different building management systems, Delta, Alerton, Metasys, Trane Tracer, Staefa, Teletrol, and a few others. I have worked with pneumatics as well. I have been apart of LEED certifying buildings and BOMA 360 certification processes. Currently, I have been accepted to the Delta MU Delta honor society from Devry University. Someday I may have to ride a desk but I am not sure I can sit there very long.#Have to keep going.
