The Employers\' Workforce Coalition is focused on all communities, immigrants, and talent recruitment in and beyond Ohio to strengthen workforce numbers and diversity to bridge the talent gaps through equitable access and inclusivity of all. The one regional agency that wakes up each day and focuses on how is the region going to develop the required workforce to fill our jobs - by actively engaging with employers; Proactively working to create necessary talent, and by leveraging all the great work being done by STEM Educators, STEM Exciters and Community Based Organizations in the region.
