Target: Defended Target against class race discrimination claim. Resolved the suit with a favorable settlement. • EEOC (MN) v. X Corp: Defended Fortune 500 employer against national Commissioner\'s Charge and Directed Investigation. Settled the claim without any payment. • EEOC (WI) v. Target: Defended Target against race discrimination class suit. Obtained summary judgment on all 60+ claims; four reinstated on appeal and then resolved.
