Significant Program Management and Engineering Management experience.Managed projects and contracts from conceptual design through manufacture, test, certification, and customer delivery. Technical career began in Manufacturing and Mechanical engineering with promotions to engineering project and program management positions. Excellent foundation for later Program Management positions.Experienced with the processes required for the design, manufacture, and certification of helicopters, including fabrication and assembly operations, hangar and flight operations, and configuration control, and supply management. Experienced with both domestic and international customers and projects, both military and commercial.Experienced with managing projects at both domestic and international major subcontractors and suppliers.Managed design and build projects in the United Kingdom, Turkey, Taiwan, Austria, and the Czech Republic. Engineering Management for the start-up and first deliveries of the S-76 production line at Aero Vodochody in the Czech Republic. Transitioned into Program Management for helicopter models S-92, CH-53K, S-76, and most recently the Light Helicopter models of the S300 and have worked several new helicopter projects such as the start-up of the S-92, managed the CH-53K airframe suppliers, and currently managing the build, certification, and delivery of the light helicopters for Saudi RSLFAC.Significant experience working with Domestic and International customers from Oil and Gas (S-92 and S-76), to Heads of State (Turkey, Thailand, Azerbaijan), Foreign Military (Saudi RSLFAC), and U.S Military (CH-53K).
