Time gives each of us an opportunity to learn. I have now developed projects using the DBB, DB, CMGC, JOC methods of design to construction. Truly, time gives each of us a deeper understanding of the importance of learning! Along the way I have helped the people I work with achieve over 33 million in grant funds. About me: an experienced program manager and project manager with excellent business development and proposal writing skills. I am a successful grant writer having written, submitted, and been awarded grants for my clients in excess of 33 million dollars over the past four years. I have managed and directed operations, planning, design, construction and maintenance budgets. Prior to returning to private industry, I managed and directed design programs comprised of multidisciplinary technical programs in excess of 55 million dollars annually. I have direct construction and design engineer expertise across various Civil engineering groups ranging from planning and programming through design, construction and maintenance as well as fleet management experiences.
