About Joe Rusk
25+ Years experience in the Veterinary Field. Experienced CVT starting with Banfield, the Pet Hospital, then on to 10 years with a mutli-specialty VCA hospital, on to a Regional Operations Director position with Emergency Animal Clinic (who then became BluePearl, which was divested to NVA) where we created the Arizona Veterinary Emergency & Critical Care Center. Since then I have started my own consulting company, went back into multi-site operations for a general practice (who sold to MVP where I became a Regional Operations Director), and now I am working as a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner for PetVet Care Centers.
