WORK HISTORY
Revops Manager @Collctiv
Manchester, GB
Collctiv is a digital payments app, making it easy for organisers within groups to collect and spend money for gifts, travel, sports, events and much more. To date, we\'ve helped over people from 140 countries, processing over £40m of payments! As Partnerships Manager, my role is focused on identifying and establishing strategic partnerships, building mutually beneficial relationships, and managing existing partnerships to drive business growth. Notable achievements include establishing the \'Spend\' function for Collctiv users, allowing them to directly spend collected money in the form of a gift-card as an alternative to bank withdrawals. Working with the engineering team on this project, we rolled out this feature from MVP to a fully automated, self-serve user function within the app. I was also responsible for the development and execution of the GTM strategy for the Collctiv US launch in October 2022 (first launch in a new region outside the UK). US growth hit the same level as UK within the first 9 months post-launch. Other areas of responsibility: • PR Management. Leading PR efforts of Collctiv through establishing strong relationships with external agencies, defining PR strategy, mobilising team engagement around media coverage, and driving internal PR initiatives. • Content Creation. Producing blog articles to inform target audiences, driving website traffic and engagement, and optimising SEO. • Social Media Management. Manage the company social media pages, creating content, engaging with customers to improve brand visibility and engagement. • Worked alongside the CEO in fundraising, from identifying and qualification of VCs/Angels, through to the outreach, management and further communications to secure capital for Collctiv.
