Responsible for a staff of 250 employees in the accounting, finance, treasury and procurement segments of the company. With Day & Zimmermann for more than 35 years, Mr. Ritzel has held a number of senior management positions, including group controller responsible for the accounting/finance function, strategic planning, risk management and International Trade Regulations/Practices. As treasurer of the company, he was responsible for the treasury, tax, casualty insurance and internal audit functions within the company.
