I have been in the real estate business for over 17 years. I started out as a general contractor in the Toledo and surrounding areas before becoming a Realtor. After becoming a Realtor I quickly found myself answering questions for my clients about remodeling projects, structural integrity of homes, and general maintenance issues. My background in contracting has become very useful in guiding my clients to the best, and most secure homes for their investment. On the Sellers side I bring the same ideals. I focus on the benefits and features of your home. It is imperative that each property be individually assessed and marketed unique to its condition, location, and value.
