Freelance writing about various different aspects of video game design, from gameplay to the art that contributes to them. Through this opportunity, I have been able to transform my hobby of playing games into something that meaningfully interacts with my studies of literature in order to create compelling analytical pieces on video games from across the entire industry.This position allows me creative freedom to pursue what I find most interesting as well as the opportunity to engage with a team of attentive and nurturing editors that have helped me to develop my writing style beyond the academic standard that I have previously been used to. These pieces range from individual think-pieces and retrospectives to broader discussions of game design philosophies spanning several titles.
