I also have extensive experience working with private equity groups and their portfolio companies. I also assist clients on a variety of other tax and commercial matters including due diligence and planning related to mergers and acquisitions; Internal Revenue Code Sec. 382 studies; transaction cost analyses; E&P studies; U.S. income tax reporting with respect to interests in foreign operations; State income tax nexus analyses, etc. Over my career, I have spent significant time working with clients in the manufacturing, distribution, service, and technology industries.
