Joe Raffetto handles intellectual property (IP) matters, including IP litigation, commercialization, counseling, and prosecution. He has represented clients in other patent matters before district courts, the International Trade Commission, and the USPTO, and has been patent counsel on multibillion dollar acquisitions. Prior to law school, Joe double-majored in computer engineering and mathematics at Vanderbilt University. He also did software research and development at the Institute for Software Integrated Systems. He adapts his technical background to his everyday patent practice.
