I build and scale HR functions that actually work.Over my career, I have led HR across startups, private equity backed companies, and global organizations, including serving as CHRO. I have built teams from scratch, rebuilt underperforming functions, and partnered closely with CEOs to align people strategy with business outcomes.I am a hands on operator. I do not just design strategy, I implement it. I build teams, put systems in place, and solve real problems inside the business. That has included standing up entire HR functions, leading through transformation, and creating organizations that can scale.More recently, I have incorporated practical AI into my work and have helped others do the same, using it to improve efficiency and decision making within HR and recruiting.I am currently exploring HR leadership opportunities at the Director or VP level, ideally in remote or hybrid environments, where I can bring immediate value and help organizations build strong, scalable people functions.
