Facets Technical Architect/SI Solutions Scrum Master Currently working as SI Solutions lead/Scrum Master leading a team of BA\'s, SA\'s and Developers integration key components of Facets framework. Developing integrations using Informatica.NET, BOE/Qlik, OutSystems & TIBCO Web Services. Was responsible for ensuring and delivering of over 200 integrations in first Phase of Project and 400 for second Phase, and over 300 for Phase Responsible for requirements, solutions and development to migrate key blocks of business from core Amisys system to Facets. My duties included: • Daily meetings with senior leadership to update on key activities and discuss important issues for the week. • Provide weekly statistics for SMT deck, ensuring SI workstream on target on budget. • Facilitating my team for better creativity and constantly trying to improve the efficiency of my development team. • Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology. • Forecasted numbers of deliverables possible in an iteration. • Responsible to remove the impediments for my scrum team. • Arranged daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process. • Help with sprint planning to make the product owners organize their product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint. • Responsible to Conduct retrospective meetings. • Organized and facilitated the sprint planning meeting with my business counterpart. • Acts as safeguard for my team. • Report back to management through TFS dashboards progress for each sprint/Phase of project.
