   Directed 5 members in the execution of the organizations\'$1.5M annual budget, filling equipment and operational shortfalls across four divisions consisting of 200 people and enabling 30 operational missions. Led a 3-month security program evaluating 32 communication and information systems across four sections. Identified and remediated $1.5M in security gaps and infrastructure shortfalls. Trained 25 technicians on maintenance reporting and documentation, driving the completion of maintenance actions across 1,600 assets. Advised 17 senior leaders and 16 supervisors over five months on equipment management. Identified and remedied three major process failures ensuring compliance and accountability of $11M assets. Coordinated with six base agencies to standardize the organizations’ equipment accountability process which cleared $855K in asset reconciliation meeting the Air Forces’ 100% inventory deadline and aced the installations equipment accountability inspection. Dedicated 56 hours to mentor 18 individuals on developing professional foundational skills. Assisted an organization to stand up their maintenance program spanning across three geographically separated offices. Trained 13 individuals on standards and established asset acquisition procedures. Led a three-person team on integrating 10 next-generation Wi-Fi kits valued at cutting initial communications set-up time from 48 hours to 10 minutes.
