   As an Executive Recruiter I contribute to the organization in a number of ways. My primary job is to lead Executive searches, applying a proven search process that begins with learning about and as needed helping define the job. From that intake meeting my sourcing partner and I develop a search strategy and plan with defined milestones and deliverables. We calibrate our early findings with the hiring manager and efficiently work through initial interviews and facilitate the hiring manager interviews, selection, and offer negotiations resulting in an offer acceptance ratio of just under 3 to 1 on average. In addition to my search assignments, I manage the sourcers, mentor and assist other recruiters, and provide input to management on recruiting tools and recruiting issues. When there is the rare need for a confidential search I help the hiring manager select and manage outside retained search firms.
