Hancock Associates has been recognized in Eastern Massachusetts as a leader in the land development industry since 1978. During this nearly 30-year period we have expanded our professional offerings and service region. Currently with three offices: Danvers, Chelmsford and Marlborough, MA, our territory now includes Central and Eastern Massachusetts, and Southern New Hampshire, Conneticut and Rhode Island. Hancock’s professional staff include land surveyors, civil engineers, geotechnical engineers, wetland scientists and landscape architects, and are licensed in various states, including Connecticut, Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Our staff have contributed their skills to a myriad of project types: residential, commercial and retail development; hospitals, assisted-care facilities and medical buildings; school and university improvements; and Superfund, hazardous waste and landfill sites.
