Expertise in Process Engineering, including: SMT process and application research, development, testing and design and SQA. Strong customer interaction skills and an extensive technical background in mechanical, software, and computer disciplines. Strengths include excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills, customer and in-house training class development and instruction, and the ability to \"keep it simple\" while developing new products and processes.I thoroughly enjoy developing new products (or improving old ones) by means of solving difficult technical problems.
