   As a manager, my primary role is the support of my team. Specifically I work to enable my team to deliver positive control system outcomes to GE Power customers. Some of the advanced software features we develop can make the difference between a unit remaining in service or being mothballed due to competitive pressures. The primary goal of my team is to collaborate with our customers to deploy software products that improve the operability and performance of their fleet.Key responsibilities include- Lead a team of 20+ people, focused on Gas Turbine software development for both greenfield and retrofit applications- Manage customer project engineering, new product introduction, and RTS support for both E-class mature fleet, as well as ST/Plant operability enhancements- Work with Commercial Leadership, Requisition Management, and end customers to ensure our projects are delivered on time with quality- Provide thought leadership to a team of global engineers as they navigate projects with diverse technical challenges and demanding delivery cycles- Perform Release Train Engineer responsibilities for the E-class fleet in support of our Scaled Agile Framework software fulfillment process- Recruit and develop the next generation of control software engineers.
