A great place to receive honest and unbiased feedback from a group with over 100 years of business experience.Conduct Strategic Workshops for CEOs and their leadership teams, to build out a full strategic plan with involvement from all key people on the team. This helps build a cohesive strategic plan that is well defined with ownership throughout the company so that everyone understand who to hold accountable for the proper execution of the plan.
