I joined the company in 2005, a couple of years after it opened. I initially came on to do purchasing, but then I took on the much larger and more involved task of overseeing operations. When I joined thecompany, we had just 3 employees and a retired ambulance for deliveries. Today, we operate out of a SF warehouse, own a fleet of trucks, and have a team of dedicated employees.As COO, it was my job to ensure that our operations were scalable and efficient – which enabled our growth. I’ve made it my business to refine every process within the workflow so we can keep serving ourcustomers better. Today, our business is a model of efficiency and modernity, with a fully integrated tech system that allows our customers to track their orders at all times.I’m proud of the work I’ve done at MBA. I’m excited to keep expanding it so we can help even more property owners in the tri-state area.
