Based in New Jersey, started my career as an illustrator and web designer, and found a passion in technology and studying human behavior. I am a UX Designer and Strategist having 25 years experience with ADP.I have collaborated and coordinated with many product teams within ADP, on design, research, and sharing best practices, while connecting people and technology, also supporting UI Standards, behavior and design specs, as well as data visualization, facilitating meetings and UX workshops.I have a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Visual Communications from Kean University, NJ, and I\'m a Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) from Human Factors International (HFI). I\'ve also attended the User Experience Boot Camp at Bentley University, and have acquired a Web Masters certificate from FDU.
