MITRE Project Leader for the Air Force’s Cyber Resiliency Officer for Weapon Systems (CROWS). Joe has overall responsibility for leading the MITRE engineering team that is enabling CROWS to ‘Bake in’ cyber resiliency into the acquisition of new Air Force weapon systems, discovery of cyber vulnerabilities, and the development of cyber mitigations for fielded weapon systems. This project is a 18 staff year of technical effort (STE) with a budget in excess of $9 million. CROWS is primarily based out both Hanscom and Wright-Patterson AFBs.
