Also serve as site team lead to drive successful projects in terms of scope, schedule and budget, working closely to align development, site technical, operations, quality, regulatory and commercial team members. •Lead and facilitate the identification of operation and project/program issues and risks and support resolution through a matrix environment, effectively documenting decisions/rationale. •Manage development of project schedule (including key milestones and critical path) •Confirm appropriate team resources assigned for project/program support. •Facilitate team to appropriate discussions leading to effective decision-making, alternative development options, including pros, cons, and risks. •Conduct lessons learned and after action reviews.
