My role centres on ensuring complex Wi-Fi deployments are both technically sound and aligned to business-critical requirements.Key responsibilities include- Leading the design and configuration of large-scale enterprise Wi-Fi networks using Aruba, Cisco, and Meraki platforms- Developing and implementing wireless standards, policies, and best practices to maintain consistency across environments- Proactive monitoring, tuning, and lifecycle maintenance to ensure high availability, security, and scalability- Conducting advanced RF spectrum analysis and performance optimisation across multi-floor, high-density sites- Diagnosing and resolving escalated wireless issues, addressing both RF interference and application-level problems- Partnering with cross-functional teams to integrate wireless networks with enterprise security, authentication, and mobility strategiesThis role has allowed me to move beyond day-to-day delivery into strategic wireless design, lifecycle management, and future-proofing enterprise connectivity.
