Providing high-level project, programmatic, and administrative support to the Office of Diversity & Faculty Development and Faculty Senate within the Johns Hopkins University School of Education (JHU SOE). Launching the inaugural diversity office for JHU SOE. Organizing diversity-related workshops, book discussion groups, and lecture series. Organizing school-wide diversity equity audit.Other duties include: Creation, dissemination, and results reporting of student course surveys. Meeting facilitation and note-taking. Planning and executing various faculty-based events, including new hire orientation and ongoing professional development workshops.
