About Joe Matyas
I will begin 2023 as Senior Manager of Quality Experience. I will be overseeing all of Servco’s Quality Division (SQD) customer-focused departments, including Field Operations, Customer Relations, and CR Case Management activities. Our Teams work on the automotive distribution side of our business. Servco\'s Quality Division works directly with Toyota, Lexus, and Subaru vehicle manufacturers as well as all Dealers and Retailers selling and servicing our brands across the state of Hawaii.Servco Quality Division Teams\' objective is to build a stronger and more responsive Team to better serve our dealers and their customers while providing quality support to our represented manufacturers, and we feel confident that these organizational changes will accomplish them.
