We coordinate all aspects of conference planning including creating strategies to maximize marketing opportunities and attendance; soliciting exhibitors and corporate sponsors; logistical & audio/visual consulting, and overseeing the creation of all conference materials.Our newest division of the company, Where Will They Stay? is a free customized service for couples, groups, wedding & event planners, and venues who are looking to setup a guest room block at a hotel for their special day, reunion or corporate event.
