I serve as Senior Policy Advisor to Maine\'s 75th Governor. In this role, I advise the Governor on the following policy areas; economic and community development, finance, workforce development, education, emergency management, transportation and infrastructure, and veterans services. This work includes managing legislative affairs for these policy areas and representing the Governor\'s Office at the federal, state, and local level.Additionally, I serve as Maine\'s State Infrastructure Coordinator, representing Maine at the federal level on policy and projects relating to the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), and CHIPS and Science Act. In this role, I oversee Maine\'s efforts to leverage over $3 billion in federal funding for various projects across the state and facilitate partnerships with federal agencies, private sector partners, and community-based organizations. These efforts focus largely on transportation infrastructure, renewable energy, and environmental resilience. This includes workforce development initiatives and financing (both public and private) to support key projects.
