About Joe Malisia
I have been with State Farm for nearly 18 years and have been fortunate to work alongside so many wonderful people! My career began as a Collections Representative at State Farm Bank, after which I spent two years as a trainer in the Collections department. I then dedicated seven years to leadership roles at State Farm Bank, guiding various teams. In 2019, I transitioned to Enterprise Risk Management and found myself part of an amazing team. In October 2023, I began a temporary assignment as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) in the Human Resources and Development (HR & D) department. By February 2024, I accepted a full-time position as a TAS. Throughout my time in HR & D, I\'ve hired for a range of roles, including claims and specialty positions. Currently, I am focused on recruiting for Enterprise Technology, where we are on the lookout for top-tier technology professionals to help drive State Farm into the future.
