With over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, I am a seasoned executive and a passionate advocate for gene therapy innovation and a focus on the rare disease space. As the President and Head of Global Marketing at Novartis Gene Therapies, I lead the strategic vision and execution of the global marketing activities for the company\'s portfolio of gene therapies and immunology products for rare and life-threatening diseases.I have successfully launched 19 Rx/OTC brands in both domestic and global markets, including the first gene therapy for spinal muscular atrophy, Zolgensma. I have also built and led high-performing cross-functional teams, established strategic partnerships and alliances, and developed competitive positioning and branding strategies that differentiate our products and enhance our corporate reputation.
