Maintain AS9100 quality management system. Member of Methode Electronics Six Sigma Leadership Team. Train and mentor fellow employees in Six Sigma methodology for problem resolution and process improvement. Work with core team of defense and aerospace professionals to identify, plan, and implement projects that strengthen Methode Electronics. Resolve customer concerns through quality planning activities, communication, and implementing corrective action activities. Develop quality plans including flowcharts, PFMEAs, control plans, and work instructions to meet customer requirements. Complete Aerospace FAIs or commercial PPAPs as required by customer. Facilitate source inspection activities for defense and aerospace customers. Perform root cause analysis on returned product.
