Technical team lead software architect for Veradigm® (Formerly Allscripts), on the eChart Integration & Analytics (eCIA) team. We are tasked with helping integrate Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to access their expansive data sets, embed advanced analytics into the provider\'s workflow, and push alerts directly to the provider for gap closure in the clinical setting. eCIA helps with the process of addressing quality measures and possible care gaps more completely and effectively. eCIA facilitates payer-provider collaboration through the automated exchange of patient information, supporting providers in making more informed care decisions. Automate the extraction of clinical data and medical record information to make data exchange faster and more efficient. Our expansive data sets are then used with advanced technologies such as but not limited to Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML), and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to help provide near real-time verification of medical records, reducing the risk of Risk Adjustment Data Validation Audits. Allowing for access to data in a human-readable, coder-friendly format. Leading the architecture and development of our next-generation microservices into several Azure services to help our team scale and help integrate EMRs into a more customizable and automated system for each client. Architect complex application workflows across multiple Azure services, messaging platforms, and data stores.
