ABOUT JOE KOHNERT

During my bachelor\'s degree in environmental engineering, I made the most of my opportunities and gained experience abroad. During internships, semesters abroad and study projects, I was able to expand my intercultural competence and network internationally. As an assistant to a wheelchair user in a project for reintegration in Hamburg, I strengthened my empathy, a strength that comes in handy in my everyday dealings with colleagues or in negotiations with business partners. During my master\'s degree in industrial engineering, I was able to further expand my expertise in the field of renewable energies in my part-time job in the tenant power industry. I love working in interdisciplinary teams and optimizing and implementing business processes together with my colleagues. In doing so, I can draw on my high affinity for technology and acquired knowledge from my master\'s degree in business process modeling. I was able to demonstrate my analytical skills not only in my theses, but also in my current professional context when preparing sales and capacity reports and forecasts. In setting up an electricity customer service and management department, I was able to gain initial leadership experience in coordinating colleagues. Excellent results and continuous improvement of my qualifications are my aspiration. I am highly motivated to avert the climate catastrophe and I want to contribute to a sustainable transformation of our society.
