ABOUT JOE KITCHEN
Joe Kitchen is a Product Manager for Triumph Motorcycles Ltd, the Premium Lifestyle Motorcycle Brand.Whilst studying for a degree in Automotive Engineering at Oxford Brookes University, Joe secured a much sought after industry placement at Triumph. By the end of the placement year he was asked to return to Triumph permanently to start in a Design Engineer role. He returned to study and upon successful completion of his Masters Degree, where a First Class honours grade was achieved, he returned at Triumph. Joe progressed to a Senior Design Engineer role within two years. This allowed Joe to develop his business acumen, technical understanding and soft skills to take forward into his future role. In 2017 Joe advanced to a Product Management and Strategy position where he now acts as the voice of the customer for electrification and for new technology. Joe’s engineering knowledge and customer driven thought process has given him a great basis to continually improve Triumph’s processes in getting the product to market and making it as profitable as possible.
