Olleco is the catalyst for huge change in the food industry, creating value where before there was only unsustainable waste. We look at food served as part of a wider circular economy; from the resources required to grow, source, package, and distribute food to the way we harvest renewable energy, and power communities, all designed so that nothing is wasted. We make a difference and create zero-carbon cycles that will allow us to recover waste into something valuable and make the food we eat sustainable. We look for ways people can use those cycles to create a circular economy that allows them to operate more sustainably.
