I\'m currently the EMEA recruiting lead for the EPICS group, who provide essential tools, frameworks and core services downstream to Bloomberg\'s 6K strong team of engineers. This covers hiring for low level, back-end C++ & Python engineers to front-end, SRE and Software Security. I also lead recruiting efforts for teams in Frankfurt, which is our second largest engineering site in EMEA. Previously I had a split role covering experienced engineering recruitment for EMEA & APAC offices which include - Hong Kong, Tokyo, Pune & Singapore.
