There are 2 major aspects to Mansion today:1) Living the Mansion Life: Providing technology-enabled, modernly designed properties with convenient leasing terms solving for the wave of more transient, experience-driven consumers entering the single-family real estate market.2) Master Lease model: Establishing 10+ year leases as our \"Home\" acquisition model helps stabilize and control the risks of rental property ownership while supporting the long term goals of appreciation, leveraged debt paydown, and cash-flow for property owners.These are the two critical areas of Mansion Group\'s focus today. Still, we have a much broader vision of how we bring innovations in real estate technology and financial instruments to our expanding base of consumers (\"members\").
